Our framing and printing materials are selected to showcase your pet in the most vibrant, lifelike way possible.
  • Display indoors and avoid direct, prolonged sunlight to preserve color vibrancy
  • Dust the plexiglass gently with a soft cloth (no glass cleaner needed)
  • To clean frame, wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth — avoid harsh chemicals

How it works

Step 1

Pick out a snapshot

Find or take a photo that has a clear view of your pets face from the front. If that's not possible, submit the best photo you have. We often receive scans of old faded photos and achieve remarkable results. Remember, you will get to proof the rendering before it is printed!

Step 2

Upload Photo and Choose Options

Select your framing and style options, upload your photo, and complete the purchase of your customized portrait.

Step 3

Artist composes your portrait

Our artists will use a combination of AI and professional editing tools to create your artwork.

Step 4

Approve your masterpiece

You will receive a preview of your artwork to approve. You may request changes or approve the artwork for print and delivery!

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! You can choose to include your pet's name or not, choose a light or dark background, a black or white frame, and matted or un-matted.

Not exactly! A snapshot from your phone is all that is really needed. It helps to have a clear photo of your pet facing forward, as close to a portrait as possible, but we understand this isn't always practical. If this is a gift or the pet is no longer with us, we have to work with what you've got! Just send in the best photo you have and you will be able to see the proof before it is printed. We have seen great results from old faded photos!

This really comes down to the photo that you choose. For example, dogs with their mouths slightly open look happier and the final product is a little lighter and can be quirkier depending on the breed. Dogs with their mouths closed look more stoic and the portrait can end up looking more dramatic and serious. We will generally keep those choices in the final product!

We only print on premium luster photo paper so it is gallery quality and will last a lifetime.

No offense taken! We always send you a proof of the rendering before printing and you can either approve it or request changes. If you decide that the portrait isn't working for you or we don't think we can accommodate your requests, we can issue a full refund, but this rarely happens!
